The Warrior Scholar Project (WSP) is one of the best veteran nonprofits dedicated to veteran success in academia. This outstanding program helps service members and veterans transition to higher education by offering immersive academic boot camps in Humanities, STEM, and Business & Entrepreneurship at top colleges and universities nationwide. WSP equips veterans with the skills and confidence needed to thrive academically through rigorous coursework, one-on-one tutoring, and peer mentorship. The program provides insights on expectations for writing assignments, research projects, and problem-solving activities, ensuring participants are well-prepared for higher education's demands. WSP's offers the program at no cost to veterans, but does not cover transportation to or from the university. It has a proven track record with 92% of alumni graduating or on track to earn their bachelor’s degree.
